Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Elliott Taylor, an American stage and screen actress and producer. Her best-known role is as a film actress for her roles on the films Ray Undercover Brother (Ray Undercover Brother) and The Mentalist. She completed a Bachelors of Arts degree in African-American Studies at Brown University and also a Master of acting at the Tisch School for the Arts New York University. Aunjanue is a film and theater actress who is an actor and producer. Her career in acting began at the theater. Then she appeared on various television series including independent films as well as mainstream films. The actress gained fame as Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico as well as on BET's epic series The Book of Negroes for which she received not just an acclaim from critics, but also won numerous nominations and awards including a Television Critics Choice Award nomination for Best Actress in a Film.
