Her birthplace was in Santa Monica, California on 26 November 1986. The singer is the child of father Vincenzo Barba, and mother Valerie Barba. Her family and she moved from Point Pleasant, New Jersey, at six. Her secondary schooling within New Jersey at Red Bank Catholic High School. She then attended Catholic University and graduated with an undergraduate degree in architecture. When she was 4, she began to play the violin. She earned the name Violin Girl. She was referred to by her name due to her performance. She was a violin teacher to children in the neighbourhood. When she was nineteen she auditioned for the 6th season of American Idol and sang the 1976 hit single Free. The singer was then removed from the show after achieving the 16th spot. The singer has performed on several tracks including 2009's 'The Christmas Song as well as The 2010's Out for Blood. Her appearances have also included TV shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live! Antonella Barba became famous as an American after she was a contestant in American Idol's 6th season. Following her elimination from the top 16 on American Idol, Antonella Barba began acting on screen. The actress appeared in a few minor movies and also appeared on Fear Factor Season 2012 as the role of a contestant. Daily Mail reported that on 21 November 2019, she was handed a sentence of nearly four years of imprisonment for conspiracy to disperse Fentanyl. In July the singer was discovered to be in possession of more than 400 grams of Fentanyl with a plan to distribute.
