Machine Gun Kelly

MachineColson Baker, born April 22nd 1990, is an American rapper, singer-songwriter actor, songwriter, and actor. The rapper is known for his genre duality across hip hop.Machine Gun Kelly released four mixtapes from 2007 and 2010, and then signed with Bad Boy Records. The album he released first entitled Lace Up (2012 and peaking at number 4 on the US Billboard 200), included the hit track "Wild Boy" with Waka Flocka Flam. General Admission (2015) and Bloom (2016) were both commercial successes. The latter contained the hit single "Bad Things" featuring Camila Cabello, which peaked at number 4 on Billboard's Hot 100. The album he released in his fourth, Hotel Diablo, was rap rock. In the year 2020, Machine Gun Kelly's fifth album entitled Tickets to My Downfall (2020) was released. It marked a break from hip-hop and a move to pop punk. It reached number one on Billboard 200 and was the only rock album to reach that rank. The song "My Ex's Best Friend" also made it to number 20 on the Hot 100. The album was followed by Mainstream Sellout (2022), which also saw him attain similar commercial success. He's since been featured in the suspense film Nerve (2016) The thriller Nerve (2016), the horror Bird Box (2018) and the comedy Big Time Adolescence in addition to the biopic The Dirt (both 2019).
